As soon as we pulled up to the speaker, cashier Jacquelyn gave our a warm, friendly introduction before taking our order. Since I was feeling Hangry Her warm greeting & positive attitude made my day. She told me my total after I Completed my order and repeated the amount for reassurance once we pulled to the window. Our order came out quickly and complete all the items were there. They LITERALLY don’t know how to make a burrito. Expect all your toppings on one end and the rest on another. It’s comical how badly made it is. You hear about how bad people can make them but can’t think it’s possible… But yet here we are. I also ordered a side of beans for my mom and they pushed in the bottom of the plastic dish and gave me an almost completely empty dish. Like nobody has high expectations of the bell but seriously?!?! Maybe if they hired adults instead of children things would be better?!?!

You know what to anticipate from TB, so I won’t pretend I’m immune to it. It’s typically a gamble at most fast food restaurants to see if your complete order is in the bag by the time you arrive home. Most of the time, this TB location gets it right; their accuracy stats are comparable to those of Chick-fil-A or Culver’s. Huge credit to the staff staffing the window; they have a killer sauce game. Sincerely, the strange customer who spends more than $30 and apologizes profusely if his orders are a hassle.

Their was no meat in the beefy burritos just nacho cheese and rice, the tostadas were full of spicy sauce and tomatoes looked like they through the food together.. smh. Couldn’t find any chicken in the chicken burrito just layer upon layers of floured taco shell. I am very disappointed in my experience will not eat their again spent $30 on food for the family to have my children complaining about food being bad threw everything out and had to go but pizza.

Went in 6/16/18 @ 8:55pm there was only two customers inside & an employee sitting in the lobby playing with his phone when we came in he got up & took his earbuds put & proceed to take our order not ounce did he stop to wash his hands, the lobby was dirty and nasty, all the trash cans over flowing, ( but you got an employee sitting on his ass playing on his phone SMH) the employee didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all my husband ordered a beef gordita supreme the employee repeats it back as chicken gordita my husband corrected him & he acted like he didn’t understand English or something finally got it when my husband informs him he has a coupon for any free taco of his choice the employee didn’t know how to ring it up so he called the manger up front to help him & she had an attitude she didn’t even give my husband a choice of what he wanted then when get our food the employee that hands me the order had an attitude when I asked if it was what we ordered this place is going down hill fast so sad
