The chicken reminds me of raising Cane’s except it’s better quality. It’s a little bit more expensive than raising Cane’s but the quality of the chicken is definitely better. It’s like a stand so there is no atmosphere as far as the restaurant go. I would definitely not recommend the macaroni and cheese. You would think with a place that’s trying to imitate southern food that the macaroni and cheese would be baked instead of just cheese sauce like you would buy out them frozen section in the store. Should be like your mother’s that she bake with cheese.

Keep in mind I was starving for 9 hours prior BUT this is a very solid hot chicken sandwich shop. They give a lotta fries (crinkle cut seasoned if you’re curious) (they were also a lil saltier than necessary but we went near close) and the chicken is rather generous. The chicken breading was crisp, the fries were crisp, it wasn’t too greasy and it was very flavorful. Adding cheese in my opinion is worth the extra couple cents. Spice level is very good I got the medium spice and it was a good slightly burning but not enough to bug you. It’s in a covered little open air seating plaza with 3 (4?) other restaurants so it has a very welcoming energy during the day. AMAZING chicken sandwiches.

I have been here a few times, and my advice is to order online. Service is always great, food is always delicious, sauce is by far the best I have tasted from any other hot chicken restaurant…. Fries are well seasoned for my taste and are plentiful, so I never finish them… I get the 2 sliders combo, which is great for sharing the meal. Chicken is crunchy outside juicy on the inside. Breading is just right and not exaggerated. Creamy slaw is great, sweet, and at the same time that vinegary pepper tastes. In my opinion, it needs a bit more on the sandwiches, tho. Also tried the Mac and cheese, which is super good if you add on any of your meals…definitely recommend.

I ordered a delicious combo with 2 mild chicken sandwiches and fries. Although it says mild AND the gentleman that helped me said they wouldn’t be hot, they were a little to hot for me. Next time I’ll just order “Naked” which is supposed to have no kick at all. The fries were also delicious. The chicken sandwiches are a little small, so I ate both. Also, the prices are a little high, but I guess it’s ok to have occasionally. The staff was very nice and patient with me. Parking is a little tight, and the parking lot was very dirty.

I was driving through the area on my way home from work. Their chicken is ! Love this spot. There are a couple of more places to eat in the same complex. Building is made out of storage containers. Very artistic & cool. Sit on the northeast corner of Long Beach Blvd. and Artesia. Definitely worth checking out

I have eaten here several times before. Went today and was totally disappointed. Got 2 number 1. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil and were extremely salty. One bite of the chicken tender and it too wasoextremely salty. I didn’t even eat the sandwich. Threw it all in the trash and money wasted.
