This place is very niche. Some people may like it, I did not.

Great place and a very Iconic place to eat. The food is sub par. They do have lots of delicious desserts and shakes. The (Adult) drinks are out of this world. (They make them kid friendly too) They always have a very friendly staff. Sometimes the service can be a little slow. I do think it’s because they have very high volume daily. The price can be a little much so if your on a budget I wouldn’t recommend. Unless your going for just a dessert because they are reasonably priced.

Love, love, and love! Everything about this place is so great! The decorations are so cute! Everyone there is so nice. Because they are used to big groups going there, they serve quickly. I have no complaints about the food and would recommend going here for the desserts. They serve amazing shakes and sundaes. Also, this is a great place to take photos! If you are celebrating a birthday, they bring you a dessert of your choice with sparking candles! You also choose a song for them to play when they walk out with your dessert. It is so fun watching the waiters sing and dance while singing you happy birthday. This place is so fun and would totally recommend people to go on their special occasions.

We had a fantastic first visit and would definitely come back. Our appetizer and dinners were fantastic. Our favorite thing was the Sampler Platter appetizer – it had chicken tenders, wings, onion rings and macaroni & cheese balls!!! The atmosphere was lively but we enjoyed that aspect – it was fun to hear the music get louder and the waiters dance and come out with a crazy huge dessert! Speaking of dessert we also ordered a milkshake and then a sundae and thoroughly enjoyed both. I thought the desserts might be overly sweet but they were not. I would definitely go back especially to celebrate something!

The drinks were absolutely horrible and overpriced. Way too strong with no flavor at all. They looked pretty though. We should have just ordered shots. It was very cold in the restaurant and it was small. We waited 45 mins to be seated only to be served nasty drinks and overpriced food. I don’t recommend.

The menu has well over 4 pages, and only one item that is gluten free the Nutella banana milkshake. The food was way over priced for what was presented to us, and the entire environment vs the food was just sad. The “lettuce wrap burger” they gave me was honestly just sad… Meat, cheese, and pickles that’s it… The outside advertisement says they have items they don’t carry. We almost walked out when the server offered a free drink since every single thing we asked for or about was a let down. This place is called the sugar factory and doesn’t even have sweet tea let alone tea. If you have food allergies of any kind avoid this place. Also if you purchase the icon park pass that gives you a discount this place will try to short change you, and not give the discount. We had to pull up the list and make them give the discount.

Edited: Went back and I have to say it was a night and day experience. Service was phenomenal, thank you to our server Chris. We ordered a couple of drinks, the slider appetizer, some fries and everything was on point ! Perfect way to start our night. The atmosphere was very family friendly, it was pretty cool to see how much fun everyone was having 🙂 there is a wide variety of drink selection so we will be back!

This location had a nice atmosphere but the service was lousy, menu not fully available, customer service lacking and no children’s menu. My experience is strikingly similar to the other 1-2⭐️ reviews

The most underwhelming food I have ever had, for the price. Cheap food, down to the bread and buns are what you will be getting. This is a celebrity amped, genX, niche spot. Even for what people keep mentioning as “experience”, there wasn’t one. I decided to eat outside, because inside looked like it was going to annoy me. It looked like a school lunchroom with leafy, and neon decor. There was no smell. And what I mean by that is, there wasn’t a sweet smell, but also no smell of FOOD. I can absolutely say that you are paying for hype. Couldron drinks are $47 with alc. $40 WITHOUT. I HIGHLY doubt that if I asked for a shot or double shot, it would be $7. No separation between patrons and people just walking by to take their niche photo in front of a neon sign. Perhaps a tiny fence to differentiate between who can interrupt someone eating, directly next to it. Waitress Leslie was good. Everyone else I and my gf encountered couldn’t care less. “Desserts” are OVERWHELMING but pretty to look at. The drink I had was pretty good but I will say with the prices and the hype, I TRULY expected to be WOWED and catered to. The math didn’t math to me.

Our server, Jordan, was amazing! She was so quick with our service and the vibe was killer! Ive been in the service industry, and It looked like she was handling the bar by herself, on top of servicing us so quickly , AND recommending the ‘slingshot’ because she heard us talking about possibly
