After waiting 10 minutes in line. I hastily ordered a simple pizza from a gentleman at the window. I wait the 15 minutes for them to make the pizza, then wait at the window another 10 minutes for a person to appear. All of a sudden it seems all the employees are mentally impaired. I ask for my order by name, and politely ask for a couple parmesan and crushed red pepper packets. The ..person at the window stacks gobs and gobs of parmesan on the box and only a couple crushed red pepper packets then quietly ask if that is enough.. I drive to my destination approximately 30 minutes away, unload the parmesan packets and pizza, open the box and realize the pizza has not even been sliced in to the 8 proportions as advertised. It’s one piece and I had no utensils at the time. How and I suppose to eat this? As one big piece? In conclusion I will be back.

Ordered at 6:07 pm and food was not delivered until two hours later. I had to call and ask for an update. And though I did not ask that it be left at the door, it was placed in the ground in ground in front of the door instead of handed to me. The food was okay but not hot. The service could most certainly be better. The staff was not even courteous enough to offer an apology for the delay.

Online stated they were open at 12am. Pull up at the location at 10:45pm and they run to the door to lock it as I get out the car. Called and they stated they were closed. The girl first stammered and said we close early today at 11:30pm, then she switched and said they close at 10:30pm. Horrible customer service. We were traveling back from a tournament and sad that this place treats their customers like this. Do not recommend.

Our first time having the pizza and wings from here. Very good! We had Buffalo style wings and they were hot but not too spicy. Just the right amount of kick. The pizza was really good…love how the veggies were fresh and that we could pick a seasoning for the crust. We also had cheesy bread ( the best!) and ended with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. Highly recommend Hungry Howie’s!!!

After waiting almost 10 minutes b4 being acknowledged, employee couldn’t speak or understand English.. After repeating my order 3 times he still got it wrong. I asked to cancel the order and he nodded but he must have not understood because my credit card was still charged and I had to my credit card company to stop the charge.. I speak English and enough Spanish to get by but speaking Hindi (Indian) is a new one for me.

I wish I could have remembered the gentleman’s name whom answered the Alabaster location last night! He was so patient, detailed, so kind, and most certainly so worth name dropping (in all the positive ways!) Thank you to whomever you are, my husband and I had one of the best and most memorable experiences because of you!!! Also, for the first time since I can recall, our food order was perfect and so was the sweet delivery driver who she went above and beyond!!!

So the food here is awesome I have to admit but the customer service is not. I have a coupon book with their exact address from my location but their claim they’re not going to take so I told him I’m sorry but you’re going to lose this customer tonight, so I called another pizza place, a little frustrated I explained the situation from the previous place and they ended up throwing in an extra item for free without even needing a coupon. I’ll probably eat at hungry Howie’s again in the future but they lost a sale tonight, and the delivery driver missed at least a $10 tip , way over 20%.
