I am extremely disappointed at this location services. Pulled up and ordered, three # 10’s, one 3piece leg meal. when I got to the window, they couldn’t even get my order correct and had me pull up and wait another 20 minutes for my food. when they brought it out all three fries where cold and there was a hair inside of my coleslaw . they did not give me one of my chicken legs non of my hot sauce , or my receipt after asking them for it at the window.My kids and fiancé wanted a classic chicken sandwich which was a number 10 classic and ended up getting a spicy instead. My legs were really small and my biscuit was also undercooked. We paid $33 and some change for this food

Food is bland, it tastes like solid bits of nothing. The tea is disgusting, not sweet or dark enough. We had to repeat our order several times to the cashier. The horrible food and drink were prepared in a timely manner, however.

The old lady at the window with that smeared blue eyeshadow and red lip color needs to fix her attitude and her face. EVERY TIME I’ve been there. I always get stuck with her at the window. If you’re miserable go elsewhere. It’s people centered business. I believe the customer isnt always right, I’ve worked and still work with people on a daily basis. And I don’t treat them how she treated me. She needs to go on somewhere nursing home, or draw ssi or ssa. She’s always so ugly and huffs and puffs and her eyes like she’s annoyed. she literally counted 1…..2…3 like I’m slow. I asked her to repeat the order she said you got a number 1 a number 3 okay sherlock. YOU know the menu, I don’t You’ve probably been there since the place opened. I specifically told the girl what I wanted and she rung it up with whatever numbers it pertained to. I refuse to stop by here anymore. Ill just wait till I get to Calhoun and rather deal with better customer service!! Have a good day !

We dined inside, service wasn’t bad but I found a medium size gray hair on my biscuit and my boyfriend found a fly melted into the cheese of his bacon eggs and cheese biscuit need less to say we were disgusting and left and will never be back to this location!!!
