The food was ice cold. Guacamole was not provided even though it was purchased. The order was incorrect. The store was disgusting. Very dirty location. The cook appeared to be high on cocaine. If it wasn’t drugs then he was very sick as he was constantly sniffling and then swallowing with very large dilated pupils. I ordered to go and then ate at home so I had to drive back to complain. The manager did not care. Her excuse was it was busy. None of the employees we’re changing gloves after they dealt with money, trash and faces and then would start handling food. All the tables were covered in food scraps. Trash cans were overflowing. Trash all over the floor and kitchen. All food being prepared was crudely assembled. This place would get shut down immediately by a food inspector. By far the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. I was offered a refund and I declined and instead just begged the manager to actually care and take some pride in her job. I will never eat at that location again and am starting to question if I would ever support Chipotle again. This wasn’t my first experience with this location. I’ve ordered there at least 10 times and it’s always a terrible experience. What this location is doing is just criminal.

The customer service was great, the price wasn’t that bad. I want to say this before anything this is my own opinion as a person that’s trying it for the first time, the burrito bowl was ok I was not a big fan of the beans and chicken. The rice was good but over all I just think it’s missing some flavor. But the chips and guacamole was really good.

This was our first time dining at Chipotle. I was pleased with my burrito. Fresh, tasty and good choices. It was a little pricy, $10 for one veggie burrito. We did have an issue with the Women’s Restroom. We reported it to the Supervisor. She was rather dismissive and said “That’s the way it is.”

Normally the food is one point. Yesterday was very busy when I arrived it was like 17 people in the store. They ran out of white rice. When the rice was replaced it was under cooked… when I got home to eat my food it was crunchy. Other than that the service was good for the amount of people in the store.

I’m only giving them 4 stars because it seems like they are almost always out of chips every time I stop here for food. The service has always been good though. The parking lot can be hectic. People like to park in the motorcycle parking with their cars and it makes it difficult to get in and out as the parking lot is rather narrow to begin with. I love the cilantro lime white rice

The counter and around food had spelled food. This is the first chipotle that was a mess. Even the go counter was messy. Where the straws and napkins are at was not in order. It wants you to never go to the El Cajon one. The manager needs to be on top of how it is kept.

My wife had explosive diarrhea and we live across the street. My apartment is getting worked on and I drove to here and the older ladies in here must have know the distress she was in they yelled the code so she can go!
