Lost one guys order, didn’t have pizza ready at 6:30 pm. Guys in back we’re in no rush to get orders out, slowly lumbering about. And didn’t look particularly hygenic. We could have ordered quality pizza in the amount of time it took to get ours.

We ordered 2 cheese stuffed pepperoni pizzas. They were covered in garlic butter oil and a big sloppy mess. The crust wasn’t even attached to the rest of the pizza only by the cheese. And after 3 pieces my stomach was upset. Same with my daughter. She can easily eat a large with no problem but only ate 2 pieces. We don’t eat here often (last time was pre covid) but, the quality seems to be going down hill. Definitely not coming back. 1 star only because I had to.

I really want to APPLAUD the employee who was running the counter on 10/21/2022 at 7:00pm. I ordered my Pizzas at 6:00pm. The pizza was suppose to be done at 6:39PM. I was running late to pick up the pizzas. I show up at 7:00pm to pick up the pizzas. They were not done yet. I could have chosen to be upset but decided not to. The reason why: They seemed like they were short staffed. The guy behind the counter was rushing his a** off apologizing to customers and getting everyones order done. He did some serious multitasking. I have to give this employee a lot of credit. He tried as hard as he could and he was literally running back and forth. I have the utmost respect for someone who works so hard under stressful circumstances. My issue is if people get upset and can’t sit back and watch someone trying their hardest to deliver, then they need to realize they are trying their best. That employee deserves a big ******* raise. I would be very disappointed if he got in trouble, just for working as hard as he possibly could. I would hire that guy in a heartbeat.

NO JOKE… Came here bought 8 pizzas but accidently left my bath and body works bag at the counter on accident. Came back the next day to pick it up and found an employee took it home. General Manager said that the employee called me and I stated it wasn’t mine… THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I had no missed calls from anyone or did I talk to anyone from here. The General manager said the employee would bring my stuff in at 430 today.. I went to pick it up… he had used it. The scent is twisted into the wall flower and warm. Im beyond disappointed. It had only been 12 hrs that i had left it there… wow..
