1 lb shrimp – definitely not a lb ans shrimp were small for almost $30, burger was great, fries were barely cooked and cold, salad was probably one of the worst salads I’ve had, croutons were stale and the ranch dressing was gross. The burger is the only reason they even got 2 stars

Dinner was great but tartar sauce is an issue. They evidently guard it like gold. Didn’t get it for two dinner. The third dinner, we picked up and had to ask for tartar sauce. They forgot it again.

Ordered for delivery. The menu picture showed 4 pieces of fish on the plater. It arrived with 1 small piece and a couple of nugget size pieces. No flavor to the fried fish. Do not order from here. Rip off

I ordered a big fish sandwich meal through GrubHub. Eventually I get a phone call from the driver and she gives the phone to a manager that informs me that they don’t have any fish. She suggests either grilled or fried shrimp instead. I didn’t want shrimp, but I didn’t feel like dealing with trying to get a refund so I said I’d take the fried shrimp. She then informs me that I’ll have to go back in to the app to order it to pay the difference. Absolutely not. What kind of customer service is that?

I’ve ordered two days in a row.paid for cocktail sauce. Nope never got it. Asked the driver to check second time and still no cocktail sauce. Shrimp not as good as first order.Fulkerson! Ceasars salad not good either. Only a few croutons. I will never order here again

I have never had worse food, honestly. We had shrimp and fried fish and it was all soggy and had absolutely no seasoning on either the batter or the fish and our fries were stale cold and had not even some simple salt. How do you mess up frying some shrimp and fish? What an embarrassment.
