Would you please tell me why I have to wait at drive up for 7minutes just because the vehicle in front of me order is not ready. The staff could of had the driver in front of us move up if there order was to big instead vehicles were lined up by 4. Went through the drive thru and I had ordered French Dip and also grabbed my family meals each as well. I live 35 mins away from here but it’s the closest one to me. I get home and open my sandwich container to see that they put the French Dip on a Gyro bun. I was not informed that they were out of bread or I would have not ordered that. They no longer have potato cakes either and those were my favorite. I called them right away and they said they would give me another sandwich whenever I wanted to come back. The food is always good here but the employees need to work on informing customers of substitutions. I will be back to this location because overall GREAT PLACE & FOOD

Im really like super happy 2 let ya’ll knw whts up ovr at the food court where Arbys resides. 1st the window folks r so very nice & really do fo out of there way 2 b as polite as possible. It doesnt matr if they arent at their best tht day or any othr day. Arbys people wrkn the window r friendly, no super friendly & it might tk an xtra min 2 gt ur food but it is always always always hot & fresh & ur order is nvr evr wrong or missing somethn. As a matter of fact my son & I go there often bc the service is awesum, food is awesum-sauce & its convenient 4 alot of folks being tht its connected to the gas station so if u need gas or whtevr u can stop by the drive thru or go nside 2 ordr thn gt wht nd at tje gas station while u wait 4 ur food. They’ll b leavn u feeling good bout ur choosing Arbys 4 the rest of the day & feeling like u can’t wait 2 come bk 1 more ‘gin

They always forget part of the order. Everyone looks depressed and hateful. They act like sauces come out of their own pocket. They only give 1 tarter sauce per piece of fish and charge u if u want more. Terrible all the way around and the food was greasy and gross.
