I really should put just 1 but… where to begin. They locked the doors and only 1 person to let people out. Doordash couldn’t get out, when we let them know he needed to go we were informed we could just wait as they were short staffed. Told them it was doordash and the manager who was working as well came and let him out. I understand people dont want to work but when you get people coming in who do but can’t get hired. Our order was wrong and it was not noticed until we were home. It is not hard to read what is up there on the board.

Let me start out by saying I really enjoy Burger King and think they are one of the best fast food chain where value is concerned. I recently just visited this store at 6:25pm and made an order on the app. I ensured that dine in was an option because my truck can baaarely fit through their drive through. I Placed my order, waited 5 minutes, then tried to walk in, but the doors were locked. I guess guests aren’t allowed in anymore, ok so I figured I would wait until my order was done and they would meet at the door or something. I waited another 25 minutes, then finally gave up and eked my truck through the drive through. Turns out my food had been sitting on the counter for a half hour getting cold and drinks getting flat. I mean… a simple sign on the door would have cleared this all up. I really like BK, but this store needs to figure their stuff out, I doubt I’m the only one that doesn’t plan to return in the future.
