We order fairly often and usually have no issues. This order was missing mushrooms on a pizza and a pasta but the only thing they do when you report it as an issue is offer you a free pizza or 20% on 1 menu priced item on your next order. Like anyone wants to order again knowing they will not care if they mess up. The pasta barely looked cooked at all. The driver was super sweet though. Showed up in a decent amount of time. But it’s not really correcting the order when the offer they give doesn’t replace everything they messed up. Lesson learned! Time to switch to Digorno!

My pizza was great, slightly cold but I’ll blame that on contactless delivery, the driver forgot my lava cakes, that’s fine I get it I ordered at 9:00 pm and we all make mistakes so I called, explained and figured it was handled (obviously I got my lava cakes) but for it to look like someone took their hands and smashed two of them is foul, not only are they now cold my night is ruined (sounds dramatic but with inflation this was a treat as these are my favorite and I love dominoes but their expensive!) so thanks for the not so grate service

Our thin crust pizza came looking like someone’s leftovers, this is what it looked like when we opened the box. The slices of the other 2 pizzas are cut very oddly and not uniform at all. Some slices are very large, and others are tiny. The pizzas were burnt on the top and bottom and not fully cut through, so they ripped when trying to grab a slice. Spent $60 and was very let down by dominos

I ordered a small handtossed pepperoni and mushrooms with extra cheese on 8-15-2023. It came burnt. So I called and they sent me another. This one came burnt too. This is unacceptable. I want someone to contact me. I think it was thin crust and not hand tossed.

You can never go wrong with dominos!!! Every time i order here I am absolutely satisfied! Even if my order is wrong or something wasn’t right they fixed it for me without a hassle!!
