Would give a negative star if I could. Waited over 35 minutes for a large pizza after being told it would take 20 minutes. We get the pizza, completely wrong. Asked for absolutely no bacon and one of the halves was wrong. We were told we would get the next one for free, then we were told the price would be adjusted. We got the remake after another 20+ minutes and the manager refused to adjust the price because it cuts into their costs after we were already told it would be fixed. Poor service. Disappointing experience on father’s day. Lady manager with short hair has no care for customers.

We had an engagement party for my sister recently and I used Strongsvile Antonios to cater for about 40 people. Everything was a big hit. The delivery driver was super helpful in carrying things in and setting them where they needed to go, along with telling us what was what. All the food tasted great, everyone raved about it. Portions were huge and we had so much leftover! The only thing was the chicken could have used a little salt. Other than that, they did a great job so thank you to the team who handled our order on 7/9.

The Strongsville location just can’t seem to get it right. Ordered 8 pc chicken & jo jo’s dinner, no coleslaw. THREE TIMES IN A ROW! Last pizza ordered asked for well done, rec’d barely done. And speaking of done, I’m done with them.

It was awsome pizza years ago. But I ordered a half sheet pizza have pepperoni half plain. It was hardly any cheese on it and pepperoni. I’m done from there. They were training a new girl. Wow it was terrible.

This place is hit or miss recently. My Stromboli tonight was basically raw on the bottom. I could actually stretch out the dough. The Jojo’s didn’t seem like they were cooked enough either-part of the potato was still pretty hard in the middle. Very disappointing tonight.

Overall pizza score – 1-10… 6, TOPS. Overall, okay pizza… decent. Little thick on the cheese and fluffy dough. I personally prefer a little more crisp of a pie, particularly on the bottom. Regardless, it’s okay… not worth the 16 dollars we paid though, not including tip.
