Doing some out of town work and thought I’d give this place a try.

I stopped by here to try their meals during my visit. The food was alright. I had the salad with grilled chicken they gave me two kinds of dressing one was like a salsa and the other I wasn’t sure if that was a ranch dressing or a blue cheese. The dressing was too thick that it didn’t blend well with my salad. But the place was well kept. The restroom was clean and immaculate.

Have always loved Runza for a quick food stop. The burgers are YUMMY and the onion rings are the best! Chili is great as well. Regular Runza is my go to however the basic burger is less calories so I get that when I need to save on calories. Oh did I mention the shakes yep good as well. Way better then other quick food options by far.

Food was fine, I loved the onion rings. But the service was pretty rough. Like I get it they seem super understaffed but I waited for 15 minutes for a salad and onion rings. And the entire time they kinda stood there and stared at nothing before really awkwardly closing the window and the whole thing was just really awkward.

Other better places around. Tried the Runza sandwich for a second time. It is passable, but a good burger is better. The crinkle fries had little taste.

The runzas are , as my dad would say, nothing to write home about”, aside from not being runzas. They’re subs. The meat has the strange chemical flavor of Burger King, and there’s no other flavor.

The food here is outstanding. I only wish I could get Runzas in Denver, but the frozen Runzas from here are just as good! I get them a dozen at a time. To prepare I just microwave them for two minutes on 50% power, and then lightly butter the bread, and broil them on high for about 30 seconds a side. The bread crisps up a bit, and its like it was just baked fresh!

How do you run out of runzas? It’s your name then forget the ice cream. We ordered a basic chicken salad with grilled chicken and it took 10 minutes to figure out how to make that!! Don’t bother wasting your money here

Tried the cheeseburger Runza and it was delicious! Never quite had a sandwich like this before so it was fun to try something new. Also liked being able to order both fries and onion rings at the same time. Also tried the mini corn digs which were really good, too!

The last 3 times I’ve driven through, I’ve simply asked for no pickles. Why do I keep getting pickles? Really nice ppl but I’m probably not eating here anymore.
