The food is always very tasty, but it seems like there’s always a new employee being trained EVERY single time we come in there (only on the weekends). That tells me that either 1. This location serves as a training hub, or 2. Management is SO poor that they cannot keep employees.

Got a spicy steak bowl and although it was delicious and definitely worth it, I’ve been on the toilet for 3 hours fighting for my life, like honestly I should have eaten some Icecream or a gallon of milk with it. Service and food were both amazing but the result of eating said food, not so much

It’s honestly difficult to say anything bad about this place. Depending on who’s working can affect how much ingredients goes into your bowl, but in general I love HotHeads and it’s employees. I order through the app and it’s always efficient.

The girl working today around 4 PM was amazing. I believe her name was Kenzie, and she was incredibly kind and made our food deliciously! The only small thing I would suggest is to maybe stir the food more often, or something similar. The food looked a bit old and crusty, because it wasn’t a busy time and it had been sitting for awhile. It did NOT bother me, as you can see by my 5 star review, but other cranky guests may be a bit upset by it. Thank you Kenzie!! I will be back just because of your amazing service and kind conversation/friendliness. She truly made me feel at home

The lady that works there has terrible customer service. She notices that there is a little bit of white rice and chicken left in the containers that appears to have been there for awhile and she tries to evenly spread it throughout my 2 bowls, 1 burrito and kids taco meals. The guy serving behind her gets a new pot of rice and gives the customers behind me a reasonable portion. She came from the back with gloves already on and handled the food and register with those same gloves. I wouldn’t come here to it. It was not worth the $43. Just go to Chipotle.
