Do yourself a favor and get donuts from anywhere else. This location simply sucks and chances are, you won’t leave with donuts. I don’t understand how you have the word donut in your name but have no donuts. I’ve never been to a dunkin donuts that failed this miserably at having donuts. It’s not like they close at 12 pm. So if I come in the morning, I should have plenty of DONUTS to choose from. I shouldn’t get a no we don’t have that, to every donut I name. Management should be ashamed.

It’s hit or miss at this place. Sometimes you get good coffee, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes you get great customer service but most times you won’t ‍♀️. Casa Grande needs another Dunkin. Maybe that’ll take some of the pressure off this location since it’s the only one in town.

I will not be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts and probably not any of them again. The cashier was mopping and stopped to take my order, but didn’t wash her hands in between. So when she went to grab the wrong donut because she stopped listening to me, I said excuse me and asked if someone else could grab it because she was just mopping and didn’t wash her hands. Plus, I told her that I didn’t want that donut. So she completed my order with an attitude and then took even longer to get me my drink. The food isn’t difficult so it’s not hard to get wrong, when all you really have to make you better than your competitors is your customer service, then you definitely need to make some changes in employees.

Two separate “homeless” hanging out inside. Each has plopped down in the 2 best spots and spread out like they own the place. One took the entire couch and the other is watching a movie on their phone with the volume turned wayyy up. Both look very capable of work, especially the phone person, but hey, it’s a bum’s life for me at the Dunkin’.
