First time my family and I went. It was for my birthday and the atmosphere the service, everything was perfect! Our server Clay was more than amazing!!! He went above and beyond for us! We had the best time! Good food! Def will be back!!!! Ty Roma’s for serving Jacksonville!! If I could give our server a 20 star rating I would!

2nd time we’ve been here and it was just as good as the first. The bruschetta appetizer was the best I ever had! The Tour of Italy was excellent, my wife had the lobster ravioli, which was good but she thought it was a bit light on the lobster filling. Great service, no wait, friendly bar staff, clean restroom’s. Top of the list for dining out in Jacksonville. We’ll be going back there, for sure. A bit loud inside but we could still have a normal conversation.

04/05/2023 Opening Day! First let me say they were super busy and despite the chaos the atmosphere was delightful, staff was friendly however, it’s obvious they still have a bit to learn. The restaurant was clean and inviting and even sitting out in a middle table I didn’t feel crowded or anxious despite it being fairly packed. Now let’s talk about the food upon arrival they bring out bread it was very tasty. They should consider bringing some butter or dipping sauce of some kind just a thought. We ordered calamari as an appetizer it was not over chewy, had a good texture however, the breading was very Bland. We dipped it in the marinara and in alfredo sauce both of which were absolutely delicious. Both of my girls got alfredo their sauce was creamy and rich with flavor. The pasta had an amazing light fluffy texture it wasn’t too dense and it wasn’t too heavy nor was it soggy. Overall both dishes were excellent. I had the shrimp scampi it was very flavorful however, it was a tad bit spicy and I was not expecting that. On both shrimp dishes they took the time to take off the tails which I appreciated and the shrimp was not overcooked. As for desserts we had the cannoli, chocolate mousse, and New York cheesecake. They were all good my only complaint is that is not New York cheesecake! New York cheesecake is dense and thick and very rich this was light fluffy and sweet. Management/owners were very friendly and open to hearing what customers thought. Overall exceptional new restaurant and I will be a frequent customer!

We went there today for a late lunch and autumn was a waiter and she did an amazing job. The food is cooked when you order. I got the chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was really good and the sauce was spot on to me. Autumn checked on us to make sure the food is good and If we needed a refill of our drinks. I highly recommend people to go there an try it. We set at table 20 next to the bar. And the owner did come up to us an asked how the food and everything is going. You don’t see that in many restaurants now days. I’m glad to see a Italian restaurant in jville

Amazing food. I had the greek salad with shrimp instead of chicken very well done. My husband had the beef lasagna and enjoyed it thoroughly and my daughter and Aunt shared a Margherita pizza and also ordered garlic bread. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great. We recommend Roma’s and are glad to have another nice restaurant to go to in downtown Jacksonville Tx.

Olive Garden who?? Roma’s Italian Bistro is my family’s new Italian restaurant. Our server (Mary M.) was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and fast. She greeted us with a basket of hot delicious rolls. She even brought us more when she saw our basket empty with out us having to ask. The stuffed mushrooms were to die for. The lobster ravioli was so good, I ordered a to-go order for lunch tomorrow. I also ordered a glass of wine. The wine glass didn’t have not one fingerprint on it. The restaurant was so clean! Not something you see now days. As soon as a customer left, we saw them clean the table (took everything off, spray, wipe, and replace the centerpiece), reset with plates and utensils, and even sweep under the table for the next customer. The bar was also extremely clean. None of the spouts on the liquor bottles were dirty. Thank you for a delightful dinning experience!

This was the best Italian food we have ever eaten! My husband ordered the Tour of Italy and he was so impressed with the Lasagna! He said he hasn’t had any that was delicious in years! I had the Chicken Marsala and it was to die for, I had to take the rest home to eat the next day, you get huge portions.

Weekday lunch, grilled chicken ceaser salad for me, and eggplant rigatoni( i think)for my friend. Great atmosphere, lighting seating the whole package is nice. Food was served super quick, that can be good and bad, we will say good today. My ceaser I hate to say was kind of bland, ceaser is supposed to be a pow of flavor, salty. The chkn was also sad to say bland, I expected the Italian profile to carry thru, it was flat. My friend loved loved loved her dish, had nothing bad to say. The prices, that salad and a iced tea to drink was 17$. And no, it was not a big salad. Oh that 17$ was not with tip. So I can’t say on other prices, so let that be some kind of hint. Overall I will go back to try other items, it is worth it. Great spot.
