The food is good, and medium heat means SPICY!!! The atmosphere is a gas station, so it is what it is, but very happy with the food we tried (coworker and I). My 4 stars for service is her order included a side of lo mien by itself and when I got back to the office they had made a box of fried rice, not lo mien. Otherwise it was a good experience, bring cash as their system is down and may be down for a little while. ATM is available in the gas station portion past the Subway section.

Spoiler alert the secret sauce is pepper. Listen, I got the fried rice, but all I could taste was some sort of black pepper. I wouldn’t go back however, there were a lot of construction workers chowing down. Hmm, maybe I will give them a second chance, because hey, just because it is located in a gas station, doesn’t mean the other dishes might be good. It was clean enough, the ingredients seemed high quality and the price was right. Just stay away from the special house chria special rice. Oh and I have noticed people are using this same hot mustard packets, that mess is so bad, change suppliers.

I eat here often. I normally get the chris fried rice & thats all. Today I decided to order DoorDash. Ordered the chris fried rice (delicious as always) and sesame chicken. The sesame chicken was undercooked. Very soggy inside and out. Extra fat in every bite.

I have to say…. The Chicken egg rolls are the freaking BEST with the hot an juicy oil.. Nice an crispy! Place is always clean and kept up. Oh & The Music is always on Jams for me to be singing while i wait for my hot food.. The employees in the front are always happy an friendly.

I would eat here several times a week if she would let us. The Chris Fried Rice is a balanced meal in a medium sized Chinese Food ‘to go’ box. Shrimp, chicken, beef, scrambled egg, veggies, and you can choose your spice level. Laurie can’t eat anything remotely hot since Covid and she enjoys hers “no spice” while I order “Medium” spice. I can rarely eat the whole box in one sitting. If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out.

rice house express orders are always fresh and delicious!! Definitely the best Chinese food in the area!! The fried chicken dumplings are the best and the hot oil is actually spicy which I LOVE so watch out with that!

Food is fresh and hot spicy too if you request it, that Chris fired rice is to die for, you can get it any way I got mild with beef and shrimp, or you can get it the way they make it,friendly fast and delicious courteous too. I recommend you try .✌ peace

We wanted Chinese but not from a buffet or the one we have in Forney . We ended up trying everything here . Chris’s rice was bomb the best thing we had , lomein was great , egg rolls were awesome. The sweet and sour soup was thick and had more soy sauce then I’d like but with the chips added it calmed it down. The general manager had A1 customer service she greeted us quickly we told her one sec it was our first time and she explained the menu . The rest of the staff was working hard moving around cleaning and doing work . Good job guys we will drive from Forney to y’all for good service and good food.
