I ordered 2 tripas and 2 cabeza, I specifically asked for the tripas to be crunchy but they were chewy and the taste was off. It seemed as if they had been previously fried Thankfully the cabeza were good so I just ordered 2 more of that. Definitely try the asada,, cabeza and barbacoa but stay away from the tripas

I had the Asada tacos. Five small corn tortillas that are trippled with Asada strip steak meat, Cilantro and chopped onions and served with Mexican relish. Pretty reasonable as far as price. Really, really, good!! Come get you some! Oh and they give you verde hot sauce. Green sauce. Lol

…..some of the best Taco Truck s that you can find in or around swokc…if you don’t mind sketchy parking lots,(I can say that ’cause I’m one of the sketchy people),..anyway, the sketchy parking lot is the 2nd best part of the Taco Truck experience,..after the s of course.
