My family and I stopped by the food court Chick Fil A around 4pm on a Thursday. Nowhere near a peak time for Chick Fil A, located anywhere. I worked for Chick Fil A many many years ago, and I would’ve been fired or at least reprimanded if I had treated customers the way we were treated. When we didn’t receive our full order and I asked for my food, I was treated as an inconvenience. Not sure if “my pleasure” is still the appropriate response to customers’ thank yous, but it was nowhere to be heard at this location.

Food is great so that’s what the four stars for. We order here a lot because of location convenience. I like the salad except they miss something every time. I’m not kidding: EVERY TIME! Either dressing or some ingredients. My husband had to go back and ask again. Seriously suggest to train your workers better or hire someone that cares about customer service.

I ordered through uber eats and never received my order. I drove to Chick-fil-a and the Manager (Emily) was very sympathetic and sincere, apologizing for a third party delivery co.
