I don’t go to Sonic very much but when I do, I’m reminded ALL over again why I DON’T COME HERE! Waiting for for 20 minutes for “fast food” is not okay! We only ordered THREE things and it took F-O-R-E-V-E-Rand they didn’t even get the order right! My son ordered a strawberry shake. I ordered a corner dog and a mini strawberry CHEESECAKE shake. AFTER 20 MINS IF WAITING, ONLY my sons strawberry shake came out and my corner dog. Ashlynn, who kept apologizing informed me, she was STILL waiting on my mini strawberry CHEESECAKE! I was about to just drive off (because we had to be somewhere else) when it FINALLY came BUT it WASN’T a STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE! And the shake containers were ALL STICKY! It was another strawberry shake (mini)! ♀️ In addition to all of this, the employees headsets weren’t working and nobody could hear us! There was confusion from the staff, if I had paid, which I DID but the terminal thing wasn’t reading my card. ♀️ It FINALLY went through but nobody believed me! This is why I DON’T cone here!

There’s a sign saying that this place is under new management. It cannot be possible that there are two owners/managers in a row that are this incompetent. Please Sonic corporate, pull this franchise and give it to someone who can run one of these without causing people to wait 25+ minutes for drinks or getting food orders wrong constantly. It’s almost worth visiting so that people can experience what I’m talking about.

I arrived at 8:29 AM and placed an order on the mobile app (so I could get my drink half-price). When I arrived, there was one car in a stall who just had their order delivered and no one in the drive-thru. My order was clocked off at 8:32 (time on the card transaction, receipt and time it said my order was being delivered on the screen). I continue to wait an additional 4 minutes for my one small drink to come out. The store would never survive as a corporate sonic. Their service is the worst. Don’t stop here if you’re just wanting something really quick it won’t happen. This is not the first time I’ve waited long for a beverage. In fact, I’ve waited up to almost 30 minutes before. I don’t know why I come back here.

In general, I love sonic. I look forward to going to Sonic. However, this sonic is awful. The food never tastes good and everything takes longer than it should. This location is under new management and I hoped that would mean things would turn around, but I was wrong. Avoid this location.

One of the best sonics I’ve visited, hands down. The order didn’t take long to come out, the carhop was super nice and friendly, and the food was made perfectly. I have a Sonic literally 2 minutes away but i will gladly drive 15 minutes to this location because of how much better it is.

Ate here today for an early dinner. Food was ok, about exactly what you would expect from a fast food resturant. What really made my experience was the wait staff. Service was incredibly quick, the waiter we had was highly proficient and clearly knew what he was talking about. Im not sure his name but he was a tall blonde kid with long hair and a little bit of an accent. Will definitely be coming back.

This location really needs a lot of work… I’ve avoid coming to this one unless I absolutely have too and I definitely won’t be coming again. I placed a mobile order. I got there and checked in. I sat in the stall for 30 min! I pressed the button to see what was the hold up and they said that they weren’t doing stalls and to come to the drive thru. I go through the drive thru just to wait another 15min. Every single time I come here it’s always something.

I went 2 weeks ago during lunch and there might have been 6 cars there. I pushed the red button and after 10 mins without any acknowledgment I finally left and went to Wendy’s. Last Friday I went and they could only serve fried foods. No burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese etc… Food quality has gone way down. I will now drive 10 mins further to a different Sonic.
