Ordered the pretzel pizza… The one that’s supposed to have cheese sauce….. As you can see there is none on the pizza. Called and asked to speak to a manager and was immediately hung up on. Called back and the same guy said he was the manager. Explained the issue and he said if I returned the full product I could get a refund or replacement. Fine… Except I can’t go back right now and this is what we have to eat right now. So, I get to live with a sub par pizza and only a “we make it the same every time”. Not cool, man…. Not cool!

The 2 guys that were there were super nice. They helped us order through the app and then waited until we finished our order. They started working on it as soon as it was submitted and made our order fast. They thanked us when they brought it out to us and were very polite.

Little Caesars we all know it’s not the best Pizza out there but we all know it’s the best pizza for the price. I will say I am not a fan of the contactless pickup it’s not very intuitive and you have to end up calling over and awkward employee to try to figure it all out maybe it’s a generational thing?
