Location is not the best for drive thru and takes forever to order and pickup. Going to the counter is an easy option where food is served faster. Quality of food is not so great, everytime I get hashbrown, it is always overcooked and smell of old oil.

I went to this dunkin’ and i was served by the manager just to see a dead fly in my sandwich. This was the most disgusting thing ever! I was half in my sandwich. I talked to the manager and she didn’t do anything to resolve the problem. This isn’t even my friend issue with this place, Many times there’s not even many variety of flavors. In result i have to pick flavor I don’t even want.

Take out orders and drive through orders have priority over actual customers who come in it seems. The order took too long and when it came it was cold! To their credit, they made me another breakfast sandwich but by then, we had been inside for 20 mins!
