I will not ever go back to this Dairy Queen. I set in that line for drive thru for about 15-minutes. (Plus a truck a head me) waited just as long. They drove off, so it was finally my turn. A person says we will reopen at 10:00am come back then we are closed. It was 10:02pm Thursday night. So I was in that line before 10:00pm. I have been at other drive thru’s before close to closing time they have never done that before. They ask are there any more cars behind you. I don’t care how bad I want a ice cream. I will go somewhere else or go another Dairy Queen. Have been to other Dairy Queens and always been waited on if I had been in line for awhile, they always say sorry for your Wait can take your order. I not ever go back to the Daily Queen in The Colony, Texas area.

Visited for dine in service. Restaurant was clean and employees followed safety protocols. I had steak finger basket which was served piping hot. Awesome! Meal was tasty and plentiful at a fair price. I recommend this Dairy Queen!

They can’t make a proper blizzard if their lives depended on it. Over multiple visits, it comes out all sloshy like a shake. If it’s the machine that’s broken, be upfront about it and let customers know when they try to order it. My favorite excuse was that “it sat on the counter for too long.” Well, why did it, if the place is literally empty? Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo (#4) on Sunday, 4/2/23, at 11:45 a.m. I waited at the drive up window for about 4 minutes and was asked to pull into a numbered space because “they were making my food fresh.” They brought my food to the car a few minutes later and I headed home – a 6 minute drive. Imagine my surprise to find my “freshly made” food was stone cold. The fries were cold and dried out and the burger wasn’t even warm enough to soften the cheese. This was my first visit to this Dairy Queen and I think it will be my last. I’m going to call and ask to speak to the manager; we’ll see how that goes.
