The visit was fine, I waited 30 min to get my food and still got cold fries but didn’t complain as the staff was friendly and it wasn’t the end of the world. It went bad when I called after to report that my food was undercooked and made me sick and I was told that I had to “prove it” to get a refund by driving back to the store which is 20 minutes from my house. Such a ridiculous policy. And to make it worse, the gut on the phone said he was going to refund me but the district manager said not to and requested I bring the food back. Will definitely be reporting that district manager As soon as possible.

I wasn’t going to do this but after it happened twice it needs to be said. This location has some of the laziest workers. Twice I have ordered from this location and received wings that weren’t even sauced or seasoned. I ordered the new crunchtime flavor wings and they had just a few specks of seasoning on one side and the other side was completely plain and wet. These are not wingstop wings. The manager could care less about any complaints on the store. Did absolutely nothing about the items missing from my order but instead said the driver must’ve eaten them. I guess they ate the Celery and carrot sticks too. I would rather drive the 25 minutes to another wingstop than order from this place ever again. If you want actual wingstop wings go to another location.

We placed our order and waited…. While 4 workers including what I assume to be the “manager” stood in the back talking and ignoring the growing line. We waited over 15 minutes before going to the counter to inquire about our order. 1 young lady says “oh my manager called your order before she left”…. I assure you she did NOT as we would’ve heard it. Maybe her voice was drowned out by the loud music playing in the background. We requested that our food be remade, 1 of the worker complied and got on the new order. Before that another ignored us and walked away. Professionalism and Customer service is clearly NOT a focus here.
