In 1978, Jet’s Pizza® founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s® location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. The service sucks today. I know you have been busy, but I have waited more than 30 minutes for my order. I realized that both the lady taking my order and me forgot about how I would like my crust, so I went back in the store trying tell both her and the male, and he was very rude by telling me, “You see all those people in here, we are busy, you can just get a refund if you want!” The girl told him, “you don’t have to be rude to her.” I simply was trying to tell them that I wanted to have both butter and garlic added to my crust. What a shame. I only stayed because of me 9 year old granddaughter. But I won’t be back.

Had a really unpleasant experience that could have been resolved and handled much better. Went online to place an order for deliver on the website from my local location. Placed the order selected cash as the option of payment. Expected delivery time was 1 hour. As I continue with my day I missed a call from the location. I call back and a young man (who’s attitude indicated he doesn’t care much for his job or for working with the public) answered and I explained that I was returning a call about my order which also was late. He immediately responded tersely and as if I was in the wrong by stating “you need to pay for your order.” I explained that I elected cash as the option on Jett’s website. His immediate response was “we don’t do that.” After a rather short back and forth of indifference I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to speak with a manager, to which he sat the phone down and comes back and states “the manager said you can pay via card and there is nothing to talk about.” By this time it is evident that good service isn’t important to management or ownership of this location. I end the call 5 minutes a young lady calls me back stating that she is the manager. I explain again first what happened including the extremely rude young man that first answered. Her statement was that “she was on the phone with the owner about another problem with a delivery” and that “they don’t take cash and can’t take it off the website since they don’t actually deliver and use doordash to make deliveries.” There was no effort to resolve my issue which I didn’t feel comfortable giving an establishment, that has an employee who spoke the way the first young man did, my credit card information over the phone. She further stated “the owner would call me to address the issue,’ which also didn’t happen. Losing a customer has be come the norm for a lot of businesses that can’t seem to hire and retain quality employees that can care for their customers. I immediately called MTH and ordered and just can’t see myself patronizing a place like this.

I just walked in the store. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order. A young man walked around the corner and stared at me. I asked him how he was doing and he said “what’s your name” abruptly.

Place is good and I’m glad they have cauliflower pizza. It is so good! Deep dish pizza we ordered was cooked to perfection. I like the text to order option, very easy to use!

I visited this weekend and it was as good as I remember. I always order the thin crust, BBQ Chicken without bacon and it’s always good. The customer service is good. I think this is my first visit post pandemic. Prior to I ordered often for in office events and lunches.

I ordered food from here through uber eats. Ordered 4 corner pepperoni pizza and their cheese sticks. Both smelled really good. I would say they were delicious. But it’s super greasy. If you don’t like that much grease on your pizza avoid them. That was the only con I saw which may not be for others. Overall, it was delicious and would order from here again

I got a bbq chicken pizza and a hamburger pizza. The bbq chicken was decent, but the hamburger pizza had the most bland sauce that I have ever tasted.

Abousulty not worth the money. Pizza wasn’t even close to being cooked. Might have been good. But it was nasty. Will never eat there again. Watch the app. It also changes your order. 30.00 for one pizza and wasn’t eatable. YUCK
