This place sucks. Walked in at 9:45 pm, they close at 11pm. Ordered a 16 pc family meal, and the manager told me she’s sorry she doesn’t have any more chicken, that they’ve “sold out.” Really, on a Friday night? It’s a chicken place! She just wanted to go home. The entire kitchen was clean, and the entire eating area was cleaned, sweped, and mopped. Wow, way to go, Pollo Loco. This manager is making ya’ll all kinds of money . So, I went to Tacos Mexico instead, where they greated me with a smile.

Phone ordered a catered 20 pc family meal. Manager who took the order certainly didnt ask the right questions & made mistakes. W/out going into all the details, they made me feel like my $100.00 order was a nuisance to them (i was polite all the way through). Been going there for years, but that was my last! The location, for sure, is less than desirable as well. Will give the Colima location my next orders!

This is the worst product, chicken is over cooked, i am reminded again why i dont like Pollo Loco anymore. Pollo Loco cashier needs to take a customer service class. She talked to me like i was bothering her. Waste of my money and time. I regret eating here because when i leave popeyes or KFC i leave happy. Here, I left dissatisfied.

I use this El Pollo Loco often for my business meetings and catering. The food is always top notch and I love that they deliver to my office. The staff is awesome, especially the Manager, Faustino. This is the only fast food restaurant that I’ve been to where the manager personally goes to every table to make sure your meal is perfect. They are very welcoming at this location. (Extra parking in the rear of the building, too.)

Usually I get from this location and service of online order was great till today. Very unkind service from the manager and rude answer. What will be the purpose of ordering online if I have to pack the sauce myself? I really don’t know if she knows that online orders or pre orders are. Or may prior manager did a favor ? One customer prior to me picking up a large container for lesser chicken. Felt not comfortable. My co workers agree the situation that I experienced today and is very shameful to serve customers at this location like that. Well, if I don’t like here, I don’t go at this location. Right? Manager said straight to me ” You have to pack your sauce yourself” Oh really? No receipt so don’t have The Store number for Reviews…didn’t give receipt.

I found no welcome here from all of the people that were on the other side were employees here I did make a complaint and a request that they need to fix the table and I did this for the next customer that would sit on the table and realize that their table their food and their time just fell on the ground and if it was somebody older that wasn’t so bendable and flexible what if there was an elderly or handicapped person that was by themselves that had a spill the money and the time on the line and with customer service that doesn’t want to listen to you and pay attention to in regards to put up a sign if the table doesn’t work I can move it aside why put it broken table for somebody to eat on it doesn’t make any sense I felt very poorly at a five stars rating I’m giving a one but truely I believe in chances so I will take this as a learning experience and know that if I come back a month from now it won’t be my money to come back for this service again.
