This franchise is new, well organized, clean, and had quick service. I was able to get in, order, and receive my food with minimal wait time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious, meeting all of my expectations.

The staff was very friendly and the food was HOT and DELICIOUS. I drove all the way here from Williamsburg to visit the area and my Partner saw they had the New Beyond Chicken. I was super excited to give this a try and it did not disappoint. Michael checked in on us at our table to ensure everything was perfect, which was very nice for a fast dining establishment! Any time I’m in the area I definitely will be back to get my Beyond Chicken fix!

Wow, the chow mein noodles taste like what I would imagine glue stick strings would. The beef in the beef and broccoli is weird, and some of the chicken chunks in the orange chicken were dry. I’m okay not returning. The friendly service was nice though.

I went through the drive-thru and the service was excellent. I just wish I could say the same about the food. Although the veggie rolls were great, the chicken breast with green beans was scarcely edible. The green beans were shriveled up, the sauce had turned into slime, and there were maybe two pieces of chicken overall. The teriyaki chicken was subpar, and the rice was overly clumpy. Honestly, I should have stuck with my gut and got a simple bowl of rice with orange chicken because there’s usually a fresh batch since it’s a popular meat option. The stop was still worth it for a quick bite.

I love Panda Express! I was there this past Thursday, and I ordered a small side of sizzling shrimp. It was sooo delicious! It had kick! It had spice! It was mouth watering! The person that cooked it put their foot in it!! Now, fast forward to the following Tuesday. I had to get it again because that Thursday, I was now a fan of sizzling shrimp. I was so dissadamppointed in this order. No kick. No spices. No fire. I was mad y’all! That’s why the 3 stars So, I guess it’s factual to say it depends on who cooks it. It can be a hit or miss on the flavor. When I go back (because I will), I will update with the person name I saw cook it on Thursday to give them their props!

It was close to closing time on a Saturday …so I wasn’t expecting a lot of selection. Surprisingly, most of the dishes were still available. The staff was polite and friendly and the food was exceptionally well seasoned. Best service of any of the locations. Associates actually come out into the dining area to check on customers and offer condiments while maintaining the cleanliness standards.

This place gives Panda a bad name. The facility is clean, the staff is polite but the food is never fresh and the flavors are always off. They dish up tiny portions and I find the whole thing extremely frustrating, having paid $10 and up for sub par food. . This particular location is in the Wegmans shopping center, on Midlothian turnpike. I’ve tried the food here on three separate occasions bc everyone can have a bad day, but the orange chicken, which I would consider to be the staple entrée, is dry and unfulfilling. They are serving dry chunks of fried bread dipped in sauce. The contents are pasty and or hollow. Where the heck is the chicken? They are always out if something, especially the fresh vegetables and everything else is allowed to sit in the pan for far too long. This location is so much more convenient but I will continue to travel to the location on HULL Street Road. The new management there ensures the food is always fresh and prepared by the recipe. Thanks for listening
