I’m writing this as I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes (it ended up being about 20 min) to grab a coffee and donut. This locations is virtually always a disaster. I don’t blame the staff tho, most and nice and lovely individuals. I blame the ownership for not hiring and keeping staff members. It seems as though the ownership has an abject refusal to either hire more staff or assist the ones that are there. I feel for the staff because they are doing their best, however if ownership refuses to help with either hiring or working hours I can 100% see why they cant retain staff. This is an utter disaster almost always. How much worse can this ownership make it before Dunkin comes in and says “sorry your disaster of a store is damaging our brand so much we are gonna pull your franchise.”

Way better since they fired the old manager. If someone walks in though you take their order, not tell them to use the touch screen kiosk and that you’ll get to them later. This is a business that runs out of over half of their items through out the day, and when you don’t update your menu to reflect that you look like an idiot.

Half the time my GrubHub orders from this location get canceled with no explanation or opportunity to change my order, if items are out of stock or whatever the case may be. My order today will be the last one this location ever gets from me. The egg and cheese were missing from my bacon egg and cheese croissant. The hashbrowns have been undercooked and stale, the last 3 times I have ordered them. I don’t know if they’re using expired products or if the oil temperature is too low. Overall, their service has gone downhill in the last 6 months. The last time I ordered, there was no cream cheese in my mini bagels. The time before that, they gave me everything bagels instead of plain ones. I am mildly lactose intolerant, as I can have diary, but not in liquid form. I suspect they use real milk in my drinks sometimes, because I get diarrhea. They just never get my orders right anymore. And they act like they don’t have time to fix their mistakes. Every customer with an issue, gets treated like a huge inconvenience. I am a loyal customer and have been giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they are extremely short staffed and underpaid or training new people, after a mass exodus of good staff. I can emphasize with that situation, but I am DONE. GO ELSEWHERE! Literally, any place else

They literally don’t know how to press a button and make crispy bacon. They’re very arrogant lol. I never thought I’d make a review about bacon but like damn don’t be rude to me over it lol. Considering I used to work at a Dunkin’. I think I know how those ovens work lol!! Horrible experience overall. Waited 8min for a latte and watched them make the drinks for the car behind me!

Today my boyfriend and I went to get coffee and to try the new breakfast tacos. We went through the drive through and waited to order. Told them we wanted 2 iced caramel lattes and some of the breakfast tacos. They read it back to us, we corrected them and went on. We got up to the window to pay, payed and then the go to hand us 2 medium sizes of iced coffee, not lattes and no carmel. So literally nothing close to our order. We told them that it was the wrong drink and the wrong size and the guy told us that we ordered medium. He asked someone else inside and they told us we would have to come inside because they can’t help us at the window since they were “too busy”. We offered to just keep the ones we played for and just buy the drinks we wanted and they said they were too busy to do that. Also ended up with no straws to drink our wrong orders..

Excellent donuts and coffee! Grandkids love this place and the employees always treat them like royalty! Always clean and well kept facility an easy drive thru, if needed! Perfect for on the go and fresh donuts each and every visit! Fantastic!

Went to pick up a to go order. Nobody even looked at me much less asked to see if they could help me with my order. I was probably there 10 to 15 mins after I got my drinks waiting for the food. It was only hash browns, bagel, and a croissant. They can’t blame it on being short staffed because there was 5 or 6 employees there. Sooooooo slow. Update: Went in to pickup a ToGo order. I walked up to the counter to get my order talked to the girl behind the counter about my order. The lady near her told her to get the Drive thru drinks first not what I was picking up. Apparently the lady doesn’t realize that the inside customers are important to. We spend money just like the drivethru customers.

I went here yesterday morning around 6:30 am to grab something quick before work. The line was long, but usually they’re pretty quick. After about 25 minutes of waiting, there was only one person in front of me. I rolled my window down and listened, there was no one at the mic. I watched about 20 people park in the front, try the door, realize it was locked, and drive away. I waited for 30 minutes to shimmy my car out of the line. Google said it was open, there was no postage on the building indicating that it was closed. If you need to close for any reason, at least post it ANYWHERE. I ordered online, and I was still charged for a meal I didn’t get because the online ordering system was still open. Incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure how to get my money back as well.
