Spent $56 on two pizzas and an order of wings to get this 45 minutes later. Cheese wasn’t even fully melted and dough is so raw is still tacky on the edges and in some spots underneath. After a 45 minute phone wait, first with the call center then the last 20 with the store the manager explained to me that they were having oven troubles and were running them through twice to get them browned. Explained they were still raw and basically gave me a verbal shoulder shrug and proceeded to give me a store credit without any way to verify it actually being usable “just mention what we talked about and someone should notice the note I put under your phone number”

Bought 2 big new yorker pizzas , worse pizzas i ever had. I may as well bought frozen would have been better. crust was hard as a rock cheese was dried up like no sauce or cheese i would never sell pizza like that big waste of money . Never again

This Pizza Hut (Macedonia), you have got to do better! I placed an order at 5:18 pm, received the confirmation order email immediately. Then received ‘your order is out for delivery’ text at 5:40 pm, then received a message stating my order would be delivered at 6:05 pm. At 6:22 pm I received ‘my order had been delivered’ email. ***My doorbell never rang!*** I looked out and there was a vehicle (unmarked) sitting in my driveway. I walked out and asked the driver, “Are you with Pizza Hut? Yes, she replied… I left your order by the back door. I told her (per my order/delivery instructions) she wasn’t supposed to leave the order (outside) by my door. My pizza/food wasn’t even lukewarm! I tried calling the Macedonian location, but after being in the ‘Q’ for 5+ minutes, I gave up! Pizza Hut, you need let someone know if door dash will be delivering instead of you, because I do not want door dash delivering my order!

Food arrived quickly and was hot…..as far as the food we received that is. We were missing an entire pizza from our order. I get mistakes happen. The overall issue was the stores unwillingness to correct the problem!

You know what? In the middle of a country wide employee shortage, they are still doing the best they can. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Yes, they may not have mentioned how long it takes for a pizza delivery, but I am understanding because we are in a different world right now. I appreciate how nice everyone was, even thought very busy and stressed. Good job guys.
