Went to pick up a pizza and this place was so incredibly hot inside. I’m talking 85°-90°. The employees were dying and were trying to get air flow throughout. They were absolutely miserable and we felt so bad for them. We asked about having an air conditioner and they told us it only works in the meeting room. It’s really inhumane to make your employees work in these conditions. They are baking pizzas in the ovens all day long. Please fix the air conditioner for your employees, no one should have to work in that environment. Not to mention, patrons wanting to eat at the restaurant.

Pizza never showed after 2 hours. After it was 40 minutes late, we called, and they promized it would get to us in the next 30 minutes. It had not come by 7:30 so we ordered Dominoes. In the end the pizza never did arrive. Very dissapointing.

Brian is the rudest manager. First they made my order wrong and I tipped. I went on my lunch online ordered a pepper manifico. I get there and still have to wait 10 minuets. I get the pizza get back to work and there’s no pepperoni. Mind you I have 10 minuets left on a hour lunch. Brian who is the GM is extremely rude. Wouldn’t even deliver the correct pizza knowing it’s there mistake and my lunch is over. Then to proceed he didn’t want to give me his name because he “already told me” or his managers name. He kept interuupting me and threating me to disconnect call and then to boot hung up on me. This guy needs to be retrained in what customer service is. How do you not put one single pepperoni on a pepperoni manifico. I truely value customer service as I work In the customer service field and our occupation is suffering because of people like him. Will not be back.

My adult son and I visited this coffee shop for the first time yesterday. Though we live nearby, we had never heard of this coffee shop and, of course, were surprised when we discovered that it was actually within Marcos Pizza. The location is somewhat obscure, there was adequate parking, the shop/restaurant itself was decent size, the employee didn’t welcome us upon entering on a cold, snowy winter day, though she turned out to be friendly, the had a fair assortment of coffee including subs and pizzas, my American and my son’s latte were okay (nothing to write home about), the fireplace was nice and pleasantly warm, there was a variety of seating including something comfortable, leather chairs, no music was playing, and there was free WiFi that worked well.

I don’t know what happened? I never received a pizza like this before I didn’t think to check my pizza when I was there . When I got home my kids said what happened !? I said what the pizza hardly had any cheese and was way over cooked 🙁

It looked soo good… then I bit into a DRY, inedible pizza! Virtually no sauce left me with dry, overcooked toppings atop a great crust. Very disappointed! Staff offered to remake the pizza, but 1 piece in for my wife and I and we were through. The remaining portion shown was given back to a staff member for proper disposal.

First time to Marcos pizza. I must say that it sucked. We are always game to try new places and after seeing the Marcos commercials we thought we would give it a try, boy I wish we hadn’t. The customer service was horrible. The gal working the front counter had absolutely no clue what she was doing and she was rude. I watched a couple of people pay with cash and she was unable to make correct change as she did not know how to count it back. I realize that her computer was giving her fits but she should know how to make change when they have to do things manually. Their fountain drink dispenser was down yet she kept selling fountain drinks to people and then being disgruntled when they would ask for refund. Our pizza a medium deluxe was terrible, I would compare it to pizza from that kids place CHUCKEE’S but worst for the fact that it had almost zero cheese on it. It did have a few pepperoni’s and a little sausage and was topped off after it was cooked with an abundance of oversized RAW green peppers and onions. Our order was placed at 5:56 and we got our pizza at 7:04. Great commercials Marco’s lousy pizza and service. Sorry but we won’t be back.
