First time coming to this location. It wasn’t very busy at 1:30-ish and the crowd that was there cleared by 2. The staff are all very friendly. Like, over the top nice! Love the staff here and how kind and helpful they are. The food is amazing as always. The store was also very clean including the bathrooms. We will be returning. This will be our new spot!

We went to the New Culver’s in Washington and were very pleased. The staff is friendly (not to mention that there are a few faces that we are used to seeing in the Community working there now, which is nice) and attentive. I was impressed how the Team worked together and assisted each other very efficiently. That was nice to see. Sure, this is not Fast Food but a Quality Restaurant which cooks your order FRESH (just like the associates say when they take your order “what can we make Fresh for you today?”) so it is worth the 10-15 minute wait.

You can never go wrong with Culver’s. They always are fully staffed but not only that staffed with great people. We have been to this new location twice and both great experiences. Today we went inside for a carryout and Gavin waited on us. He knew everything about the menu, his scripting was perfect and he got our order right and fast with the computer for being just new. Romeo needed this badly. Culver’s has a great culture that other local businesses should adopt. This is the only fast food we will frequent. Love the food, salads are always full and perfect too!!

They definitely need to work on their communication between the team members and management. I ended up waiting far longer than most wood before I called the store to find out that my order was going to have to be remade despite having stopped staff running food out repeatedly and inquiring about it

My fiancé and I brought our 3 young kids to enjoy a meal. The manager Rob was very nice and attentive, even interacting with our toddler who was just so happy that someone was talking to her. He gave us the best experience we’ve had at a Culver’s in a long time.

For the past couple of years my wife and I have wished for a Culver’s to come to Romeo. The closest to us is in Auburn Hills and Oxford. I went on the way home from work last night and was extremely happy. I walked in the front door and a young man welcomed me, and a young lady said she could take my order. I will be back, as well as my wife and I together. We love Culver’s because of the real beef burgers. Thank you for opening in Romeo.
