The food was delicious. Although I have to say the dining room needed a lot of attention….most of the tables needed to be wiped down. It’s not like they were busy…..my friend and I were the only ones dining in except the 3 that were sitting with a KFC employee.

Did the drive-thru. They forgot to put in my coleslaw. It was a very simple order, the nugget meal with an individual order of slaw. It was typed on my receipt correctly but not in my bag. The new nuggets are really good but very small.

I came inside to order my 8 piece original family meal. The food was still fresh after the 15 minute ride home. The problem is I had to wait for about 25 minutes to get it. Somehow they managed to keep the drive thru moving. At around 20 minutes of waiting I checked in and said they were waiting on the biscuits. Offering a free drink or extra side would have gone a long way.

Had a mobile order, went to pick it up, doors are locked so you can’t even go inside, called multiple times and got no answer. Waited 10 minutes in pickup parking spot, only to have no one bring food out. Had to go through the drivethru to get the food. Employee had an attitude about me having to go in the drive thru to get my order. Well open the restaurant up and do your job and it wouldn’t have to be this way ♀️ ♀️

At 17:30 I came through the drive thru and placed an order for a 16 piece crispy chicken meal. I was asked if it would be ok to mix crispy and original. I said that I would prefer not and how long would be the wait for all crispy. The reply was, I think we might have enough for all crispy. I get up to the window and paid for the meal. After paying, I was told that there were only five biscuits left and could they either give three cookies or sandwich buns in place of the three biscuits that they were short of to complete my order. The biscuits that they gave me were rock hard. The mashed potatoes were runny, the green beans were overcooked and mushy and the french fries were soggy and cold.
