1st time at a Panda Xpress NOT in a mall. Went inside. Had a large order so it made sense. Had to wait for a couple of entrées & sides, no biggie (super greens, sesame chx and beef & broccoli. It was a mess when receiving food so two team members wanted to make sure we didn’t leave w/o anything, even after I stopped a young lady from under charging me. Got home and the chx egg rolls were a tad burnt and the beef & broccoli had zero beef [almost]. See pics.

Poor quality food. The bowl was severely lacking in terms of the amount of meat on it. The items were chewy and seemed overcooked or had been sitting out awhile, as they were warm at best. The mushroom chicken sauce tasted chalky. Lastly, on my husband’s ‘Bigger Plate’ the amount of Beijing beef was surprisingly very small (definitely didn’t look like a normal size portion. See red takeout box).

Food can be a hit or miss depending on what time of day you go, to be honest the rice is underseasoned and the noodles are undercooked most of the time but the honey walnut shrimp is amazing I highly recommend it especially when it’s fresh!

Kung Pao chicken was mushy, rice needed more flavor, for the beef and broccoli, beef was just ok, broccoli was undercooked. $9-$10. They were trying to give me the beef that had been sitting there and was basically all broccoli. Told them I’d wait for fresh beef. You’re better off at one of the other Chinese takeout places.

How you get double beef when I ordered a plate with 2 orange chicken? My egg roll is burnt and soggy. You gave me a warm pop without ice and didn’t inform anyone you didn’t have ice. Who trains these cooks and employees? You gotta be super slow to mess a order up this bad. That building is filled with idiots. Like the lowest of low employees. Several things happened today that made me want to NEVER come to PE again. 1) I was rushed by the person taking my order. 2) I paid for an inaccurate order according to the receipt because of the rush. 3) I received an EVEN MORE inaccurate order. 4) After being refunded (pending), the person rudely demanded the wrong food back and then tried to charge me for what I asked for. 5) After I told him that we’re not interested, I left with him having the last word being sarcastically rude and unprofessional upon driving away.
