This place is a double edged sword. I love the food but you can order 3 days in advance and it still won’t be ready at the time it’s supposed to. Have never waited sooner than 20 minutes past my expected pickup time.

I ordered a bigger plate with 3 entrees and a side and the lady who made my plate only gave me orange chicken and fried rice which I asked for and gave me a little small cup of extra chicken, when I asked for my side which was supposed to be included into my bigger plate meal she told me it would cost extra!!! I go to Panda Express all the time and this has never happened! Dent Ohio Panda Express I do not recommend at all! They rip you off. I even ordered a Togo plate and they also barley put any food on my plate for $8.00. Rude and sassy people work here. Only Panda Express i recommend is in coleraine ohio

It’s freezing in here. I get that it closes at a certain time and employees want to go home, (which has changed since covid). I came in 20 minutes before close, and was told there out of food and are not making more since they close at 9 pm! On a Friday night???? I really enjoy coming to get panda for my family, which is a family meal plus more… So $60 every time. It’s really frustrating and also irritating that people want to be lazy and think they can dictate my dinner for my family because they want to go home. It never used to be like this before COVID!!! Lost my money and business!!!

On the early evening of 8/6/2023 i can say i reached a milestone in life experiences. I visited a chinese food restraunt that amazingly had no plain rice….. none, out, 0 percent. Sure, they had fried rice but not everyone wants greasy rice all the time. Im also not saying that i dont like fried rice. Im also not saying im mad…. more like gobsmacked that a chinese restraunt…. was out of rice. Otherwise, this is my goto place for americanized chinese food and most of the time its pretty good.

Panda Express is one of my favorite places to go for a quick bite to eat and I’m also in the mood for it so my review bit be a tad bias. I always get the orange chicken and chow mein! The ladies behind the counter that wait on me are always nice and hard working. Rushing from one side to the next Durning peak rush times like lunch and dinner! I love this location and the friendly staff!

I love this Panda Express, although my husband is not a big fan of Chinese food, I found this little gem, two doors down from my job. They always have fresh, hot food and yeah maybe you might wait in line a little at lunch or dinner time, but in my opinion, it is very worth the wait. Always a great value for me!! BTW the manager of this store does a great job of keeping this place staffed and customer ready, hard to do in a fast-food place these days. Also, there is one very BIG shout-out to Ethan they have mostly running the register, he is a curly-haired blond kid, and slim…. he has made me smile and /or laugh every time I go there and he is working. HE is a keeper Management, don’t let this kid go anywhere.

Waiting for them to have any of their menu items suck and then having to wait while they service all the online order is terrible. You can literally be in there for 30min. For a fast food place it is not worth it. Let’s hope they get your order correct. They have left out my rice numerous time and Corp. Refuses to do anything about the fact that you pay for food that is never delivered.
