Would give this 0 stars but I can’t. Went with a group of friends at least two of them got sick from food poisoning. The chicken and Broccoli was drenched in soy sauce that it possibly could’ve been soup. The white rice was cold and so was the Broccoli. NEVER AGAIN!!

Last time I order from here. I have been ordering for about 4 years, quality has changed drastically as well as the service. I request no sauce on the ribs every time ( cant have sugar) 3rd time ribs came smothered in sauce. I called she took 20 minutes to find my order then offered me a credit for next time, 18.95 no food. Im done

This was my first time trying this place. I tried it because of the reviews. For first time ordering, I always make it simple. I ordered crispy shrimp w/garlic sauce, veg fried rice and 2 egg rolls. Needless to say, the presentation looked good, but the taste just wasn’t there. I added soy sauce, sweet n sour sauce and hot mustard. It was still blah, not to mention the broccoli was a little over cooked. Also, their prices are high. Overall, I will stick to my previous place until I find a good backup.

The Jade Palace Restaurant was a delightful surprise. We, my wife and I, just ordered takeout “to test the waters” having recently moved into the area. We ordered two simple dishes that we both love and eat often so comparison would be easy; Shrimp Rolls, Beef with string beans, and Shrimp Egg Foo Young.

I rarely leave reviews especially negative reviews but I just can’t understand how anyone would consider this as anything more than barely edible. Sesame chicken was kinda gross (Tangy not sweet), fried rice was ok, chicken Lomein was ok at best…. Egg roll nothing but white cabbage in a deep fried wrapper. I won’t give it one star because that’s just unkind but the best I can do is 2 stars.
