Losoya’s Express is a hidden gem in San Antonio that serves up some of the best breakfast tacos in town. I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicharron with egg and avocado, the bean egg potatoes cheese and avocado, the county a la mexicana with avocado, and the country sausage egg with avocado. All of the tacos were absolutely delicious, and I was blown away by the quality and the price.
