Ive been to this place 10+ times in the past 2-3 months and the quality of the bowls gets worse every time.. at first it was great, but I went in today and got a legal style (supposedly more açaí) with just strawberries, and received one sliced strawberry on-top of a saddening amount of açaí.. its a far-cry from the pictures of açaí bowls overflowing with toppings when you search the store pictures. I come here a-lot and I always leave a tip, but if the quality of a $12 açaí bowl stays this bad I will be going elsewhere from now on.

i go to this place at least twice a week. i recently went to the camarillo location thinking it would be the same but came to realize that this specific location is better by far in my opinion. the quality of the fruit is just way more yummy as well as their portion size. camarillo location isn’t bad but after having both i realized how much i like this store even more 🙂 thank you!

I love the product but the service is horrible. They can’t even take the time to pack the to go orders in bags for you. Today I ordered online and it omitted an order I wasn’t charged for it. No big deal but the lady making the food didn’t even offer to make me one on the fly and charge me for it. Lost money for them and just a unsatisfied feeling for me.

Used to love this place until I found out that their employees are overworked and don’t even receive the online tips we give them. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Price is outrageous and those people in the back deserve better. If you are going to purchase from them leave a cash tip because the workers actually get those. You’d think with that outrageous price for the bowls going up it’d go to better things but they’re just being greedy. Absolutely absurd! Do better!

Good açaí bowls but I felt like the toppings overpowered the actual açaí. More açaí would have made it a lot better! Overall not bad though, I would probably go back.

Kind staff, quick service – quality of açaí ingredients was underwhelming. The açaí was very icy and tasted like grape rather than açaí and the peanut butter tasted low quality with added oils. Not a pure organic peanut butter. For the price, I wish the food quality was better.
