I ordered delivery today app said it would be at my house at 5:38pm. 6pm still no food. Called the store put on hold called from other phone put on hold. Atrer 6 minutes I called on the first phone again. They tried to put me on hold. Talked to someone named Hailey. Since she couldn’t help. ( said it was her second day) asked to talk to the manager. To which they hung up in my face. Worst experience every poor customer service and tons of delays

I finally tried the back again New Pizza Hut, since it has been gone Domino’s has become my new hot spot,. However Pizza is my old time fav. I got a personal pan pizza meat lovers and it was really good. I did not like the taste of the sausage or the extra marinera sauce I asked for , but it was nice, cheesy and hot. I will be returning for family pizza night to give them another chance to get the 5 stars.

Rough experience, but giving 5 stars for how it was handled. Employees needed some extra training and managers stepped up to fix their issues and laziness. Proper and immediate correction. Pizza is still great, so no issues there. Recommend them for your pizza in the area!

Came 2 days ago the guy who took our order messed it up , was supposed to be a dinner box instead I was charged everything separately. Manager gave us $30 credit we brushed it off didn’t make a big deal, came back used our credit was told to park in the front that he will bring it to us in about 5 minutes, sat outside for nearly 30 plus minutes, came inside to check on our order they had it in the Warmer, if your going

Ordered my pizza online and decided to pay at the store. Arrived and a bunch of kids were laughing and giggling at the drive thru. Probably spitting all over people’s food with as much talking as they were doing. The silly woman didn’t have change to break a $100 bill. I drove off left the pizza there. What kind of business doesn’t have change to break $100 bill? Bad customer service and the workers were standing around being silly. Dominos from this point forward.

Former employee. They overworked me as a CSR when the store first opened and then cut my hours when they hired new employees, I was promised a raise after a month and never received it. They also took away our tips, which is illegal. There is definitely some shady stuff going on with management over there.

Dough was flat tough no flavor. toppings and all had no flavor. triple chocolate brownie had burnt taste. Cheese bread was ok but order was just not worth it waste of my $45 and driver just seemed to not really care to move very fast

Really disappointed – I was hoping the “new” Pizza Hut was better than when it was by HEB — the coupons we got in the mail didn’t work – the pizza order had to be “redone”, and even then it wasn’t what we ordered. WAY too expensive for good pizza but horrible service.
