Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was great!! The service was fast and efficient and the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was excellent. There were tons of options so I’ll definitely have to return when I’m in the area next. My one qualm was the lack of availability of more shaded seating on a pretty hot day but not a big deal as we nabbed a spot inside pretty quickly. Also, I would definitely recommend the oatmeal cream pie cookie…DELISH.

I had placed a pickup order through door dash while in the area. When I went to pick up the order the team looked and saw it was for another store location which I was nowhere near. They apologized even though it wasn’t their fault and made my order in a few minutes for me. They didn’t have to but they made it right for door dashes issue. Food was great, it was my first time in and I’ll be sure to support them in the future. Great service in a world where service often falls to the wayside. Thank you

Friendly staff, delicious food and coffee, fast service. This place was packed when I stopped in on a Sunday but everything moved efficiently. I ordered the steak and egg sandwich. Highly recommend if you want a hearty breakfast/lunch. This will be a must-stop for me whenever I’m in the Boston area from now on!

Visited while on a business trip and was not disappointed. I eat a gluten free diet and often prepare to skip meals when traveling for work, but was ecstatic when I was handed a FULL MENU of GF options. I immediately spent my day’s food allowance on a gluten free breakfast sandwich, quinoa Mediterranean salad and Angry Chick Mac and Cheese.

I love Crack’d, especially this location. Everyone I interact with there is so kind, and one time I accidentally ordered food and forgot to indicate my allergy. I went up to the front with full expectation of paying for a second one (and hoping that someone else could take mine as I didn’t even open the bag). But they made it for me for free and they were so fast! Thank you!

Baja breakfast burrito was decent. The corn salsa and avocado was a nice touch but there wasn’t a lot of chorizo. I feel as though I need to go back and try a different menu item.

The drink was delicious, the hash browns were..Meh…. For the price point you would have expected more. The portions are Very small and you feel like you’re being skimped out on when you pay $34 for 2 drinks and 1 order of loaded hash browns which turns out is just those hash brown patties you’d get from MB cut into triangles and covered in microwave bacon, cheese and scallions. Don’t get me wrong it was still good but for the price I wouldn’t be getting it again.
