The food here was great let me just say that! However the service was lack luster due to the fact they were busy and had one server doing it all. Normally this would not have deserved a lower rating, however, they gave us an 18% gratuity charge when it was my husband and our younger children of which one was an infant in a stroller… we had water which we had to ask for the only refill we received the whole meal. It would’ve been less of an issue if the service was up to par. I will tip generously even if food quality is poor for great service. But to charge gratuity in this situation is uncommon at best.

As a Vietnamese American myself, this was some of the best pho I’ve had in a very long time. I had the beef tendon pho (first item on the menu) and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was perfect, the meats and tendon were extremely tender, and the garnish was very fresh. Service was great, my water was never empty. The atmosphere was spacious and clean! I’ll definitely be back for more!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews for local businesses, but felt like a balance of reviews here might be helpful. I came here for lunch about two weeks ago with my wife. We’re new to the area and are looking for a go to pho place. This was not it. I only had the beef pho, so I can’t comment on anything else. The pho broth had very little flavor and almost nothing in it besides the noodles and beef. It actually had a pretty soapy flavor that just did not belong. The topping they brought out with the soup were fresh, but didn’t add much to the lifeless base. It was only my wife and I in the place for most of the time. The other noteworthy issue is that every surface that I touched was sticky. The table, booth seat and floors (especially in the bathroom) were mysteriously sticky. The one guy working the place was nice enough – friendly and helpful. However, I definitely will not be back.

If you are a health conscientious person, you are going to love this place. They don’t use MSG whatsoever but food taste still great like homemade style. Interior design is nice , unlike cheap Asian restaurant. Service was excellent and owner is really nice.

Had their pho and it was lukewarm and lacking in flavor. The portions were small and there was essentially no bean sprouts, which is odd for a pho dish. The bathrooms and floors were also incredibly sticky for some reason. I suggest trying other places that are more authentic (outside of CH).
