Bring a change of pants. This is the best dunkin I have ever been too and it’s not close. The second I laid my eyes upon my bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel I was overwhelmed with emotion. After wiping my tears, I conquered the sandwich. Words can never do it justice so I won’t even try. I will return.

No idea how there are bad reviews!! Bless this Dunkin and their employees. Completely trust them to always get my order correct and timely. I go here for my iced coffee almost weekly and never disappoints. Very cleanly inside too with employees that I’ve seen on good and bad days but I can tell they work hard and care about helping each other and customers which is rare.

Im giving it 3 because after i explained my knowledge and understanding, she finally fixed it! Yall really need to train your manager’s better. I just had a manager tell me that because they’re not affiliated with the duncan that I got my messed up order from that she could not help me fix my order! That’s like saying “ma’am the walmart you bought this from is not under our ownership so u can’t return it here!” Makes no since especially when I know the rules from being a DD employee for 5+ yrs! This wasn’t the 1st time neither!

I ordered 2 Avocado toast with bacon, crispy and 3 orders of hash browns, also crispy. The Avocado toast was spot on but all 3 orders of hash browns were soggy, like mush. Also I only got 2 order’s instead of 3 orders that I was charged for. This is a constant thing anytime I order from this store. I don’t understand why they can not get it correct. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

This is the last visit to this Dunkin’ on Seminole Blvd and 86th Ave. Floors not clean, tables weren’t clean. My donut tasted like the oil it was cooked in. The workers there definitely didn’t care about the appearance of their establishment. The owner needs to step up and correct these issues.
