I placed an order online and received confirmation with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I receive a phone call from door dash asking if we received the order yet. We hadn’t. He was super nice and apologetic. He didn’t understand what was going on because he received information saying the order had been canceled. I never ordered through Doordash. I tried calling the store to reconcile the issue but of course cant talk to anyone because they dont have that option and no one ever picks up the phone at corporate.This whole experience has been horrible. I doubt anyone will even reach out to me about it.

picked up ready in 15 min should have looked at got the large hand toss with peperoni I’m 5 min away got home opened up it looked like it was pre made or someone older order that never got picked up it was dry and tasted like cardboard no survey code on receipt cant contact store as you call a number overseas to get a pizza …. very depressed as last 2 we got were excellent

Placed an order on the app, showed up about 5 minutes early. The young man at the window told me it would be a couple of minutes. About five minutes later, A young woman told it would be ready in seven minutes or so, and asked me to pull forward. App indicated that the order was ready, and several other cars were served, but no order. After about 15-20 minutes, went to the window, and when I did, my food was just sitting there in a delivery bag (Glad I decided to check back in) Asked the young man how long it had been ready, he told me 10 minutes or so. So my food had just been sitting there, getting cold. Anytime someone tells you to pull forward, don’t do it. You’re guaranteed that someone, like the young woman that told me to pull forward, will just forget you, and won’t have a care in the world about it. My last trip to this location. I’ll pass on the terrible service.

Pretty sure this location neglects to check for online orders. Showed up 5 minutes after the suggested “finished by” time, and when I got there they hadn’t even realized an order had been placed. The lady at the register said “sorry, we get so busy around lunch time” even though the manager was sitting in the back on the computer and the other two employees were folding surplus boxes (not busy). Took a seat to wait for them to start my order and had to check in with them 20+ minutes later to find that my order had been done for who knows how long and that they had neglected to bring it to me waiting at the table or at least alert me that it was done so I could grab it and go. The pizza was hardly lukewarm by the time I got back to the office I work at a few minutes up the street.

0 stars! The pizza was awful burnt on top and raw on the bottom. Topping all Burnt. We where given the wrong food. I called to see if we could order something else and let them know what happened. I was hung up on 3 times. When I did get to speak to a manager she hung up on me as well. This location is unbelievably RUDE!

These interesting staff members were arguing, crying and extremely unprofessional. I waited over an hour after the app told me my order was ready and it still was not ready. Then I was offered some old traditional wings that looked like someone had eaten some of them instead of the boneless wings I initially ordered. Pizza Hut in this area is truly ridiculous. Then the lady had the nerve to get an attitude and tell me the fryer takes the skin off the wings. More than just the skin was missing off these wings.

I’m giving 3 stars because normally the pizza is really good AND LOOKS good!! This is the most burnt order we’ve EVER received out of any pizza hut we’ve ever purchased from. It even smells burnt. The Cinnabons were ok, but the pizza and bread sticks were not good at all.
