I ordered my usual BBQ sauce pizza cuz I prefer it over standard tomato sauce. I also ordered a 2nd pizza and some sweet chili boneless wings. The food was good and eye appealing, no complaints. My wings were more spicy than sweet but I liked them. I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because this location doesn’t appear to offer stuffed crust, or seasoning on the crust. There wasn’t an option to pick either. Also, their coupons aren’t as good as every other location I’ve eaten at. The store doesn’t advertise with signs or at all, so I wouldn’t expect the food choices to be that great. I won’t order from this store anymore.

Pizza Hut Texas City is the best. Bobby and Jose were awesome to me on a really bad day. Not only that I dropped my car key in between seats and Bobby came to my rescue. I am so grateful. I ordered 2 pizzas & pepperoni melt. Pizzas were so delicious and I loved the melt. It’s better than calzone. Pizza Hut turned my horrible day into a blessing. WAY TO GO!!!!!!

I called on 5/16/23 to order a pizza. A big dinner box that was $33 and was cash. The person told me it will be 30-40 minutes. Then I received a call to let me know that my pizza was delivered I go to the door but mind you I have a ring cameras on my house. I called them back to tell them I don’t see a pizza but he put me on hold and then told me that the pizza was returned. Now they posted to call me back but haven’t received a callback yet. Thank god I didn’t pay with card. That’s why I don’t like ordering from them at all they are very sorry in customer service

Sad review because pizza hut has always been my favorite. But last order was horrible. Waited for my carryout for 45 minutes in the store. Got home every single pizza was wrong. Like my meat lovers had blobs of tomato sauce on top and barelyany meat or cheese. Wth.Even my breadsticks were wrong. All the food was thrown away it was so bad. I reached out to the store and they apologized stating they would email me store credit for my 64.00 order, which never happened. Contacted the corporate and they never emailed me a credit either. Sadly I’ll be going elsewhere. I don’t have 64.00 to throw away. That was a treat to my family with my broke a$$.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza, got charged the 50 and a 96 dollar doordash charge. We ordered through the pizza hut website, not doordash. Had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Never again.
