Every time I come to Panda Express I’m always amazed with the Taste of the food, It’s just absolutely delicious, Only one downside is expected to pay a little more money if you choose a premium item on your meal. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. As I sat and ate the workers were doing their jobs.

Food is good but customer service is absolutely horrible. Employees Mariah and Alyssa always have POOR attitude. POOR tone and customer service. I’ve gotten into several arguments with these two over the span on the last 6 MONTHS. Today was my last straw on leaving a review about them. Mariah AND Alyssa were trying to charge me 1.25 for three single walnut shrimps That were left behind in bowl after making my bigger plate One small order is 6 shrimps (1.25). So charging me 1.25 for 3 shrimps is double and ridiculous. So This location needs new shift leaders. It’s sad to see an actual good food place be ruined by teenagers.

The outside of the building was clean and the parking was plentiful. The restaurant itself was not very handicap accessible as there are 2 doors that need to be opened to get inside. We were greeted as we came in the door and the restaurant was pretty clean and roomy. They do have plexiglass barriers up which is a good thing in slowing the spread of covid. The staff was all very friendly but after everything we ordered the server said “Is that it?” The food is your average Panda Express food except it wasn’t that fresh. The drink station was pretty clean but I found it rather odd during a pandemic the straws were not wrapped just a bunch of open straws in a holder.

We ordered food at 8:04 pm, going with the earliest available pick up time. We checked the box for adding utensils. We sat in front of the building waiting for our food, which was said to be ready at 8:37 pm. There were orders ready, sitting on a shelf by the door, and a handful of people came and went while we waited. At 8:37 I went to the door. I waited five additional minutes before a worker came to talk to me despite their standing right at the counter doing nothing. She first came back and told me they didn’t have my order. Then asked what was in it and went and found it. (As opposed to asking if there was another name it might have been under, in this case, it was my first name.) I asked if that particular bag had been sitting there quite a while and she giggled and said yes. They make it as soon as the order comes in; the time stamp on the printed receipt was 8:07. I asked it it would even be good anymore. She shrugged and said probably not. She half-offered to make new food – in a voice that suggested what a great inconvenience this would be. I asked how long it would take and was told 15 minutes.

Won’t be coming here anymore. Seems like the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Normally when I buy the bowl combo the rice is full and a decent helping of Kung Pao Chicken or whatever else I’m in the mood for. Today I barely received any Kung Pao chicken. I guess because I got a free side item which is crazy.

Panda is one of a kind whenever I’m there there is always a long line of people. Which I love their online ordering option I can type in my order and pick it up within 10 minutes which is usually the drive to get there it’s always ready and they always have a smile on their face I am grateful for all of the employee’s hard work they make the food taste amazing and are extremely patient.

Overall, I enjoy the food at Panda Express. We got their late so the food was not as fresh, but it was still good. It seemed that a couple of the staff was not very well trained and the lady who waited on us was a bit overwhelmed and apologetic. The cleanliness and how we were treated was good and the teriyaki chicken came out fresh (not pictured).

Placed an on-line order, promised time was 4:45pm. Went into store to get my order and was told no one had worked on it. The guy at the register told the girl who was dishing up all the meals, she said oh ok. She then went on to help all the people that were in line, even though it was after my promised time at this point. They then ran out of chicken for my orders so I had to wait for chicken to be made. The girl was done with her shift, ran out past everyone with orders still waiting. I finally got my food at 5:12. The only thing hot was my chicken as it was fresh. No manager came over to say anything, nothing was offered as it was their mistake, nothing. Very disappointing service.
