We stopped on our way back to Nebraska at this location. The ladies were so amazing. They. Served water outside for my dog and actually fed my dog some of the sliders that I purchased. They are very very friendly at this location. Service was quick food was hot my brother and I both had the gyros which were amazing and took his back to another time, good stuff I want to thank those girls Carrie , Lori, Kayla, Brandon, Tammy, Courtney, and Sabra you made the extra stop worth it

I ordered some food august 20th. They didn’t have the two main sandwhiches I wanted so I cancelled the order. They didn’t give me my full refund and when I call nothing is getting fixed. Now today I call 11 days later and they won’t answer the phone all day. This is very unprofessional and unfortunate.

I ordered classic crispy chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks (the 2 for $7) the mozzarella sticks were like warm and the chicken sandwich wasn’t crispy. This location was extremely packed just because it’s in the middle of a truck stop so they were probably overwhelmed with orders to be able to keep up.

Worst Arby’s ever. Women’s restroom showed “Vacant” but door would not open. Went to place order and they were out of mozzarella sticks, ordered a lemonade, no ice and had to get ice from the back, and lemonade was out, waited for them to change it. Ordered 2 orders of fries and stood there 15 minutes, watching the cook eat fries. Finally, asked about my order and they got them. We will not be back.

Order was wrong. Charged again to make order right. Told to take my business elsewhere when I complained. Cold fries. Asked to speak to manager. She said the general manager was her mother and she wasn’t there. The wrong order was served to someone else. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Arbys is great. I put the horsey sauce on first because it’s consistency is thicker and it stays on the sandwich. Then I apply arbys sauce bite by bite. It’s more liquid so squirts out the sides if applied ahead of time.

They always have some new meaty sandwich to try and ive fallen behind on keeping up with the always changing choices. Hardly ever try something that doesnt taste great. It may be a tad pricey compared to the other fast food joints but not by much and definitely worth it
