The staff is trying their best but management has no regard for them. Not only can you see it go on from behind the counter, but almost nearly all former employees have disturbing stories of the hypocritical management that treats their workers poorly. I’d consider restaffing management, because you won’t keep any workers otherwise.

They don’t accept credit cards at this facility. It’s 2023 for God’s sake…get with the technology. The Reese’s blizzard I got was thinner than a milk shake. Save your money. This place is a disaster.

Great food, much better than the one in town!! $14 for the bacon cheeseburger combo and a cherry slushee. My picture is of my slushee about gone is so good!! The drive through is much faster than anywhere else in town!

Ordered a chicken basket with extra gravy, both gravy cups came out with 99% water, literally swishing around inside the cups. And the toast wasn’t even cut. Just really sad.

This is by far the worst dq I’ve been to. For some reason, I go back every year or so, hoping they’ve gotten better, but it’s always horrible. I got a blizzard. It was basically cold milk with chunks of candy in it. Save yourself the frustration and go to the one by campus.

Good place for ice cream (although expensive and small portions), but the combo meals are kinda gross and overpriced. The employees have always been very friendly and the ice cream is good (especially chocolate malts) so that’s about the best thing I can say about DQ.
