We have all the Thai originals and our menu boasts a handful of unique dishes. All have been created and perfected over the years by our family. Our very own Chef Chai moved to Roseburg, Oregon to open 7 Seven Thai in June of 2017.
Since the day we opened, quality and consistency has been our first goal. Our freshly prepared dishes are highlighted by ingredients imported from Thailand. Spicy hot or not, you will find your favorite here.

You’ll need to choose the spice level of your meal very carefully. There were three of us, one from CA, two from CT – different areas, used to other restaurants. All three of us love Thai food and eat it often. We’ve traveled together and eaten Thai food together around the country. We all choose “3” out of “5” as our level of spiciness based on our prior dining experiences. I probably would have chosen “4” if alone, but we often try each other’s dishes or share dishes so we each get to try everything. The food was at the upper end of my comfort level. The other two could not eat the food. So, choose your heat with great caution. It was much hotter than the three of us were used to.

Sooooooo delicious! We had the Panang Curry, Red Peanut Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Pad Thai Noodles and they were all absolutely amazing! My partner and I love really spicy food and this did not disappoint. The flavors were extremely well balanced, lots of color and texture, and loaded with plenty of veggies and meat. We asked for some of the dishes to be made Thai spicy and they kicked up the heat perfectly.

A true gem in Roseburg. The Pad Prik King is legit the best Thai dish I’ve ever eaten in any Thai restaurant. The portions are large and inexpensive and the staff is quick and friendly. The only downside is that it’s usually packed but that’s good for this new business.

Extensive menu with lots of options from noodles to stir-fry and curry, large portions, and fast service too. We enjoyed the pad see ew and fried rice (huge portion!). However, parents, beware: there was no changing table in the women’s restroom at the time of this review (although there is definitely room for it on the wall!).

This was my second visit (take out) while traveling through Roseburg .I had done dine in previously. The tofu pad Thai was excellent. Lots of veggies and tofu. I requested soft tofu vs fried and they happily made it. Portion, spice level and price was reasonable. Will definitely come back again.
