WAS my favorite place in Bristol until the new owners arrived. Quality seemed to change overnight I heard they let go all the talent that was there. Last couple of years we got pizza to go and it was great. A month ago I checked online their hours and it said open till 10:00 pm. We went in for a sit down meal at 8:25pm and was told by the bartender they stopped serving food at 8:30pm. I started to leave and realized it wasn’t even 8:30. I went back informed the bartender it wasn’t 8:30 she got angry threw two menus at a table and in a belligerent way said okay then I’ll cook your food! We looked at each other and both quietly agreed no way she is cooking for us. She stormed out the back door of the place and I asked at the register to speak to the owner!!! I was Informed SHE WAS THE OWNER…..All I can say is good luck to anyone who crosses that threshold….we will never be back…

Consistency is everything in the restaurant business. Or at least it’s a lot of what makes people think about coming back. But I am not IN the business. However I do enjoy their pizza. Most of the time. My last pie was different than my previous 3 or so. Didn’t taste good, was greasy more than usual, and a bit under baked. Approximately 3 pies ago my pizza was burnt . They do have the best pizza in Bristol I think (unless I am missing out somewhere) so I will still return.

Amazing food especially the “For the love of meat” pizza!!! The owner and staff were AMAZING to my large group (10 people) that showed up 3 minutes after the kitchen started closing. They served us with a giant smile and kindness. This will be my spot each and every time we are in the area!

EDIT: My previous review was with the old owners… This place used to have, by far, the best pizza around. I used to oreder their pizza every Thursday night like clockwork. The quality seemed to go downhill over the last couple years, as if they stopped caring. I heard about the new ownership so decided to see how it is.. I ended up with a pizza soup. I am literally eating this disaster with a spoon right now. Not impressed and I won’t be back.

First time we came here we ordered two chicken Caesar salads-$33 and We didn’t get the chicken. Disappointing. We didn’t go back for a few months, we live in Plymouth, but we’re driving through and thought we should give it another shot. They made some updates and we were hopeful. We got two chicken Caesar salads -$33. No chicken. Again. $66 total on two plain Caesar salads. Disappointed again.

Great pizza! Waaaaay better than the former owners! Just wish they’d expand their hours. Best pizza in Bristol as far as I’m concerned and great staff! If they’re busy it’s so worth waiting for and we’re picky pizza people!
