I went to get the 2 for $5, and chose fries and a chili dog without the chili. They tried to charge me $9.32 for a plain hot dog in a bun and a small fry. I told the employee that this was ridiculous, how does the price increase if I remove a topping? They remained steadfast that this was perfectly fine and that they’ve always done this, when I have gone to this location in the past and was able to receive my order. This is absolutely ridiculous, and they need to train their staff better.

I grew up on Dairy Queen ice cream around 1979 was my first time eating ice cream with my Great great Grandpa, in Hilo Hawaii. I gotta say this is the best Dairy Queen I have ever eaten at. I was wow we’d. They made a perfect banana split and a perfect Chocolate peanut sundae, with plenty of peanuts. Its 40 minutes from me, but I will stop by every week I come thru. Awesome place. Not stingy. Large portions. Thanks.

Ordered a royal NY cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake.. the first one was literally brown from way too much Graham cracker crumbs.. they remade it and I got strawberry soup with not 1 piece of cheesecake. Those were the fries in my son’s meal. The last 3 visits to this location have been bad; I won’t be returning.

Dang! This DQ has the SMALLEST chicken strips I have ever seen! Like 2-bite strips or 2 chicken nuggets stuck together. The fries are delicious and it was quick service, but they truly have tiny chicken strips. And they cost $8 for 6 of them. It’s just a terrible value. Very disappointed.

Visited 2 days in a row. First day ordered 2 mini blizzards and neither were filled near the top. Second day ordered one medium blizzard, only had toppings in top 1/4 of cup, rest of cup was plain vanilla ice cream. Drive thru is busy because dining room is closed. The line moves fast but apparently it’s because they rush making your order and the lack of quality shows. I get it, labor is hard to find right now, but hopefully things will get better.
