Love how eccentric this place is. Randomness on the walls placed perfectly and with a theme. The food was fantastic and the beers were delicious. The beer list had beers we were unfamiliar with so we tried them. We are excited to go back and utilize the outdoor dining area.

All Experiences
It’s a bar with a restaurant portion so go in with that expectation. Once you do, you’ll have a great time with a unique bent on the standard bar food – Cajun – think spicy rice. They still have the standard fried faires like mozzarella sticks but you’re here for the gator (which honestly tastes like salty chicken bites but slightly more chewy).

We happened to just be riding in the area trying find a restaurant for Father’s Day Dinner and to me and my sweetie’s surprise we found Allyn’s Cafe! I cannot wait to go back and try more menu items, but the catfish was the best I have had since my Dad passed away. It was so good I started talking out to my Dad in heaven about how it was cooked to perfection! I know my Dad smiled down at me and that made my Father’s Day complete. Thanks Allyn for being a great host/owner and Griffin for being a great server! See you soon!

Stopped in for lunch in search of some Cajun fare and was not disappointed. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was exceptional. Try the Gumbo …yum. Sorry I missed this gem in previous trips to Cincinnati but I’ll return for sure.
